HR & MANAGERS
Structured hiring, lawful references, onboarding, codes of conduct, probation, complaint management and documented decisions.
Practical training for teams, managers, HR, DJs, artists, promoters, security, academies and companies that want to prevent abuse, harassment, violence, discrimination and harmful practice before it becomes harm.
Frequency Forge training is behaviour-based, practical and accountable. We do not assess people by political or religious ideas or protected identities. We focus on conduct: harassment, coercion, abuse of power, violence, discrimination, retaliation, threats, recruitment toward violent extremism or incitement to hatred, and other behaviour incompatible with a safer environment.
Structured hiring, lawful references, onboarding, codes of conduct, probation, complaint management and documented decisions.
Boundaries, consent, audience contact, backstage, private messaging, alcohol and capacity to consent, bystander intervention and duty to report.
Prevention, early identification, proportionate intervention, escalation, evidence preservation, external coordination and protection from retaliation.
Teacher-student boundaries, safeguarding, minors where relevant, reporting routes, inclusion and classroom culture.
Talks, workshops and leadership training embedding these standards into events, sponsorships, suppliers and organisational culture.

Structured interviews, behavioural questions, codes, lawful references and fair conduct management without profiling beliefs or protected categories.
Scenario training for managers, door, security, bars, production and hospitality. Triage, escalation, evidence and post-incident communication.
Professional ethics, power imbalances, backstage, fans, social media, consent, conflicts and accountability.

Prevention starts before the first shift. We propose behaviour matrices, structured interviews, lawful and proportionate reference or background checks, code acceptance, onboarding and reporting routes. We avoid blacklists, rumours and belief profiling: decisions should be grounded in relevant conduct, facts and a fair process.

Services can include objectives, attendance, learning checks, action plans, implementation evidence and follow-up review. A certificate of attendance confirms training completed; it does not on its own equal the FF Safer Scene Mark.
Content should be reviewed with qualified professionals where it touches employment law, equality, data protection, minors, gender-based violence, security, mental health, emergencies or incident investigation. Immediate risk should be escalated to competent services.
Public references to events, promoters and spaces connected to the team’s professional track record. They do not by themselves imply an institutional partnership with Frequency Forge.
